Our Refund Philosophy

At Insurance Lead Campaign, we stand behind the quality of our leads. We understand that not every lead will convert, but we are committed to ensuring that every lead you receive is a real, contactable consumer who expressed interest in insurance coverage. Our refund policy reflects that commitment.

Lead Replacement Credits

We offer lead replacement credits (not cash refunds) for leads that meet the following criteria:

  • Disconnected or invalid phone number (verified via our Disconnected Number submission form)
  • Duplicate lead delivered within the same 30-day period
  • Lead information is clearly fabricated or fraudulent (wrong name, fake contact details)
  • Lead is outside the geographic area you specified at time of purchase

Credits are applied to your account and deducted from your next order. Credits do not expire and have no cash value.

How to Request a Replacement

To request a lead replacement credit, submit the lead through our Disconnected Number form within 7 days of receiving the lead. Include the agent name, lead name, and phone number. Our team reviews all submissions within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds or credits:

  • Leads that were contacted but did not convert to a sale
  • Leads where the consumer changed their mind after initial contact
  • Leads reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • Subscription fees or weekly retainer payments
  • Live transfer calls that were answered but did not result in a sale

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing cycle. All leads delivered prior to cancellation are considered delivered and are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of significant platform errors, billing mistakes, or other exceptional circumstances, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request an exceptional review, contact us at [email protected] with full details of the issue.
